Well this week we made some Chicken Lip Empanadas! And I thought I would share it with you. I thought to take pictures after we started and so you miss out on the first few steps. It started out with a few chicken breasts shreaded with sour cream, ranch dressing mix, cream cheese, shreded cheese, and some Frank's Red hot sauce, all mixed up. (Pretty much a chicken lip dip recipe)
Next we rolled out some pie dough, and cut out circles with our Tupperware Empanada Makers, and then placed on the proper side, brush on some beaten egg around the edges.
Throw in a couple tablespoons of filling, I used a small cookie scoop.
This shot I told him to smile.
And then close.
Here we have brushed on the egg-wash stuff.
Bake at 375* for 15-20 minutes..
They turned out really good. If you want to know more about purchasing an Empanada Press or any other Tupperware stuff Give my sister a call or check out her site here.

I'm glad you're getting use out of your empanada makers. :) Thanks for your "shout out" and for posting on the recipe blog. I was just thinking the other day that I need to post a few recipes on there. :)
