I had a training meeting at the Stake Center
yesterday, so Rick and the kids came with me
and we had a picnic. They did some touring
around town while I was in the meeting.

The kids were really thirsty after all of that
walking:
but they still found time to have some fun:
We saw a beautiful sunset on the Mississippi
River on the way home. (These were taken in
Niota, IL right before we got on the bridge to
head back into Iowa.)
We had a really nice day.

Looks like you had fun. Wish we were there. I love Nauvoo.
That was a great day to get some photos of the kids and scenery. I love walking the Trail of Hope and stopping to read each sign.
